Bel giardino pianeggiante per giardinaggio, animali domestici e barbecue in famiglia. Internet ad alta velocità connesso. Fai parte della meravigliosa comunità di Smallwood. Nessun HOA, ma hai l'opzione di unirti all'Associazione Civica per l'iscrizione al lago che include il Smallwood Civic Park, il clubhouse e tanti eventi programmati. Spiaggia sabbiosa per nuotare, navigazione non a motore e pesca. Gioca a pickleball, tennis, basket, calcio, baseball e goditi il nuovo parco giochi per bambini. So many possibilities for adding another bedroom and changing the floor plan. Two living rooms. One with beautiful knotty pine walls and beams w/ Harman pellet stove keeps it cozy in the winter (also baseboard electric, propane wall unit). Another living room with fireplace, skylight and cathedral ceiling. Kitchen has table space and leads to screened in porch to listen to the birds sing. Nice level yard for garden, pets and family barbeques. High speed internet connected. Be a part of the wonderful Smallwood community. No HOA but you have the option to join the Civic Association for lake membership that includes the Smallwood Civic Park, clubhouse and plenty of scheduled events. Sandy beach for swimming, non-motor boating and fishing. Play pickleball, tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball and enjoy the new children's playground.
