The living room fits a three-person couch and entertainment area, with a ceiling fan and window. Both bedrooms are bright; the larger has double windows. Larger room fits a queen comfortably with room for a desk. The other room fits a full sized bed comfortably.

Laundry is conveniently located across the street.
