You'll enjoy the upper triplex in this comfortable 1880's Brooklyn townhouse with a private deck and use of the spacious rear yard. You enter your home up the classic stoop and enter the beautiful Parlor with extensive period details including crown moldings, marble fireplace and tall windows to let in exceptional light. The Parlor is completely furnished with a collection of classic furniture to let you truly enjoy the space. At the rear of the Parlor floor is an updated Kitchen with modern appliances, and a large dining table. This room, too is flooded with light from the tall original windows.

Off the kitchen is your private deck that spans the width of the house and has plenty of space for dining and entertaining. You also have use of the large rear yard where the flowering trees will soon be in bloom!
