Nessuna approvazione del consiglio! Questo enorme monolocale con soffitti extra alti è esposto a ovest verso il fiume e riceve splendide viste del tramonto la sera. Raramente disponibile, il monolocale è completo di lavastoviglie, microonde e un armadio a muro davvero enorme. Inoltre c'è uno spazio separato per una scrivania o area trucco. Si possono comodamente sistemare una serie di mobili per il soggiorno e il tuo letto a un ottimo prezzo in un edificio con portiere/lavanderia. Si prega di notare che il letto Murphy è stato rimosso.

Con un nuovissimo spazio comune all'aperto nell'edificio, The River Arts è davvero un rifugio nel mezzo di una città vivace. La posizione non è solo idilliaca e comoda (a pochi passi dalle fermate dei treni 1/A/C) ma i servizi di The River Arts sono veramente di alta classe. C'è un portiere a tempo pieno attivo 24 ore su 24, ascensori, palestra, spazio comune all'aperto, deposito biciclette, lavanderia aggiuntiva attiva 24 ore su 24, gabbie di stoccaggio, garage, superintendente residente e sala comune. Con uno sguardo al futuro, The River Arts è diventato ecologico con l'installazione di pannelli solari. (I gatti sono ammessi, mi dispiace NO cani)

No board approval! This huge studio with extra high ceilings faces west towards the river and receives beautiful sunset views in the evening. Rarely available, the studio comes complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and a truly enormous walk-in closet. Plus there's a separate space for a desk or dressing area. Comfortably fit an array of living room furniture and your bed for a great price in a doorman/laundry building. Please note that the Murphy Bed has since been removed.
