Welcome home to the West Village's most charming Maisonette! With one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms and a mini split system AC this home is a true paradise. Enter off the dreamy cobblestones of 12th street and into a row of prewar townhouses. On the second floor, enter into your entertaining/living and dining space complete with decorative fireplace, exposed brick and original beams. 10 foot ceilings and enormous South facing windows look over the buildings dreamy shared garden which is a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The Parlor floor features an efficiency kitchen with 4 burner range, mini fridge and thoughtful coffee bar. The addition of a window over a light well creates an airiness to the space.

Guests can use a 1/2 bathroom on this level or travel down the custom staircase to the lower level. This unique staircase offers width, and design and was a custom kit imported from Italy.

The Garden level is cozy with exposed brick, another decorative fireplace and 10 foot ceilings. At the garden level, the windows overlook beautiful greenery and the carriage houses of Bethune Street. The bedroom fits a king Does. The windowed bathroom features a unique green tile, built in seat and window to the building's light well in addition to a medicine cabinet. An oversized walk in closet and seating area make this Garden level a truly spacious living area.

The Garden level door leads out to access to the buildings community garden which features ponds, seating areas and flowers.
