Quando entri in questo appartamento soleggiato esposto a sud, rimani subito colpito dalla quantità di spazio che ha! Non solo c'è un intero soggiorno, ma anche una grande zona pranzo, un angolo ufficio e un ampio ingresso. La cucina con finestra è stata recentemente ristrutturata con un affascinante retro cucina a spina di pesce, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, compresa la lavastoviglie, e tantissimo spazio di lavoro e di stoccaggio.

Anche la camera da letto principale è incredibilmente spaziosa - abbastanza grande per un letto king size e ha un ottimo spazio per armadi. La grande seconda camera è queen size (non una piccola camera secondaria come si vede in molte proprietà di Inwood). A completare questa bella casa ci sono non meno di quattro ampi armadi, quindi lo stoccaggio non sarà mai un problema - ma se desideri di più, ci sono armadietti di stoccaggio disponibili per una piccola fee nell'edificio.

L'Ivy League Co-Op è un edificio con ascensore/lavanderia ben mantenuto con un eccellente portiere abitante situato a ovest di Broadway, a pochi passi dai parchi Fort Tryon e Inwood Hill. I mezzi di trasporto sono facilissimi, con solo 2 isolati per la linea A e 5 isolati per la linea 1. Sei circondato da fantastici ristoranti locali, caffè, negozi, vita notturna e natura.
