La prima camera principale ha due esposizioni, Sud e Ovest e il bagno dispone di una doccia che è anche una sauna. La seconda camera principale ha una lavatrice/asciugatrice Miele e un grande bagno con vasca oversize e doccia. Una biblioteca aperta a questo piano potrebbe essere utilizzata come loft per la camera da letto o chiusa per una terza camera da letto privata.

Questa residenza eccezionale ha un sistema audio surround Sonos e aria condizionata centralizzata a 5 zone, oltre a splendidi pavimenti in legno in tutto l’appartamento.
