L'appartamento ha molto spazio di archiviazione, incluso un armadio doppio all'ingresso, un armadio a muro nella camera da letto e un armadio per biancheria/utilità appena fuori dal bagno.

Manhattan View è un edificio con servizi completi, con portineria e portiere 24 ore su 24, un bellissimo e luminoso ingresso ristrutturato con una cascata, quattro ascensori e aree comuni tra cui una piscina al piano superiore.
