Il livello superiore dell'appartamento duplex si trova al piano nobile della town house, che presenta soffitti alti, pavimenti in parquet e lavoro in stucco originale dell'epoca. Ci sono molte finestre alte sia davanti che dietro che offrono molta luce, oltre a due bellissimi camini in marmo (non funzionanti). La cucina si trova sul retro della casa e si affaccia sul sensazionale giardino posteriore. C'è un grande isola con molto spazio di archiviazione/lavoro e un piano cottura con 5 fornelli a gas. La cucina è arredata con ottimi elettrodomestici, tra cui frigorifero Sub Zero, forno a microonde/ventilato Miele, forno Miele convenzionale, lavastoviglie Miele e un trituratore da cucina. Goditi i tuoi pasti cucinati in casa nell'ampia sala da pranzo o ritirati all'esterno nel fantastico giardino.

The upper level of the duplex apartment is on the parlor floor of the townhouse which features high ceilings, parquet floors and original period plasterwork. There is lots of light from the tall windows front and rear, plus 2 beautiful marble fireplaces (not working). The kitchen is at the back of the house overlooking the sensational South garden. There is a large island with lots of storage/workspace and a cooktop with 5 gas burners. The kitchen is furnished with excellent appliances including Sub Zero refrigerator, Miele Microwave/Convection oven, conventional Miele oven, Miele dishwasher, and an ins-sink disposal. Enjoy your home-cooked meals in the expansive dining room or retire outside to the amazing garden.

There is a beautifully decorated powder room on this floor, and thru-wall AC.

The parlor living area is tastefully furnished with interesting and comfortable furniture. Feel free to relax and enjoy the warm ambience of a classic Boerum Hill townhouse.

The lower level of the duplex includes two bedrooms, full bath and a seating area in the hallway. The Principal bedroom is vast, and situated at the rear of the home, overlooking the garden.
