Nestled in the heart of things, there are an unbelievable amount of amenities. For starters, the A TRAIN stops 1 block away, QM17 express bus to Manhattan is 2 blocks away and the free shuttle to the Manhattan ferry is 4 blocks. You have Key Food, CVS, Dunkin Donuts, Laundromat, 2 Dry cleaners, a surf shop, a bicycle shop, 5 delis, a pizza place, New Mexican restaurant, Chinese restaurant, Peruvian restaurant, over 10 other restaurants and bars, Wine bar, wine shop, liquor store, post office, 2 salons, a barber shop, 2 dentists and a VIP Daycare Center all within a 3 block radius.
