Progettata dal studio di design AD 100 RP Miller, questa casa eclettica è stata trasformata da ottime strutture a grande design. Un alto standard è impostato all'ingresso della drammatica Galleria con soffitti di 4 metri e armadi in rovere dal pavimento al soffitto che offrono ampio spazio di archiviazione + una vista sulla cucina aperta per cuochi, attrezzata con un piano cottura Samsung, un frigorifero in rovere con pannelli Bosch e lavastoviglie, e armadi su misura in rovere con piani in acciaio inossidabile e Corian nero. La galleria sfocia nella luminosa sala da pranzo/soggiorno esposta a sud con soffitti a volta, finestre ad arco, un divano a forma di L progettato da RP Miller e scaffalature in acciaio al carbonio arrotolato su misura progettate da Gabrielle Shelton. All'altra estremità della Galleria, porte a battente in acciaio annerito ti invitano nella seconda camera da letto, attualmente utilizzata come ufficio/stanza per gli ospiti con finestre a battente e porte doppie che conducono alla terrazza privata dell'appartamento esposta a nord, un luogo perfetto per intrattenere all'aperto. Le pareti e le finestre della camera principale sono coperte con tessuti progettati da RP Miller, creando una camera calda e intima. Entrambi i bagni sono stati progettati come un'installazione artistica da Max Lamb e sono rivestiti dal pavimento al soffitto con il Marmoreal Terrazzo di Lamb. I pavimenti in tutto il loft sono in cemento colorato, che si abbinano all'atmosfera industriale di questa casa unica nel suo genere.

Costruito nel 1900 e convertito in una cooperativa nel 1986, 35 E 10th Street è un edificio boutique di 9 piani con ascensore che offre 62 unità in una posizione privilegiata di Greenwich Village. I residenti godono di un portiere residente, di un locale per biciclette, di una lavanderia centrale ed è pet-friendly. A pochi passi da ristoranti raffinati, negozi boutique, mercati alimentari specializzati (inclusi Wegman's e Whole Foods), e parchi iconici come Washington Square Park e Union Square.

Designed by AD 100 Design Firm RP Miller, this eclectic home has been transformed from great bones to great design. A high bar is set upon entering the dramatic Gallery with 13’ ceilings and floor to ceiling oak closets offering plentiful storage + a view into the open cook’s kitchen equipped with a Samsung stove, Bosch oak paneled refrigerator and DW and custom oak cabinets with stainless steel and Black Corian countertops. The gallery flows into the light filled south-facing open Living/Dining room with soaring ceilings, arched windows, RP Miller designed built-in L-shaped sofa and custom-fabricated rolled carbon steel library shelving designed by Gabrielle Shelton. At the other end of the Gallery blackened steel casement doors invite you into the second bedroom, currently utilized as an office/guest room with casement windows and double doors leading to the apartment's private north-facing terrace, a perfect place for al fresco entertaining. The walls and windows of the primary bedroom are covered with fabric designed by RP Miller creating a warm and intimate chamber. Both bathrooms were designed as an art installation by Max Lamb and are clad from floor to ceiling in Lamb’s Marmoreal Terrazzo. Floors throughout the loft are stained concrete, complimenting the industrial vibe of this one-of-a-kind home.
